Not able to use Import Data app as system pop up to Login

I am able to get to "My Forms" screen and make/edit forms. However when I got to import data using the import data app it asks me for my login and will then kick me to the same page every time I try and log in.

I have test the Import Data app, in my end, I was not able to re create the issue you are having.

I am forwarding a bug request to our developers for them to fix this up.

As soon as we have a solution, you will be contacted via this thread.

Sorry again for all the trouble.

Rather than using the import app, I would recommend you to download the FormsCentral Exporter

So, click on "Import your forms", then choose Forms + Responses"

    http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

It will prompt you to download an app. Just download it, install it and follow the instructions. This will help you to import the forms and the data all over again.

Please give this a try and do inform us of your results.

Using the FormsCentral Exporter is fine for the data and pdf forms, however because of limitations, we are unable to edit the imported PDF and the imported webform does not look good, the questions and check boxes are jumbled and the questions are not translated well into the webform, though the pdf form works great.

I choose JotForms because it allowed for both PDF and web based forms, I was hoping the integration would be less troublesome but seems as though I cant have a pretty pdf form as well as my old data integrated.

    @standon391

As of my colleague Jeanette advised, Have you tried to download the FormsCentral Exporter using that link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/ ? as seems that first time you downloaded form  had errors, that is why you were not able to use the Import Data app .

In your message above, you also mention that due to limitations, you are unable to edit imported pdf.

Please have a monent to read the following useful guides:

Please give it a try. Let us know if we can assist you further.

I used the FormCentral Exporter to import my form and data.

The imported form looks great as seen below

However, firstly to edit this form using your formbuilder is nearly impossible to get to. There is no easy way to click edit form, I had to go into another non-imported form to then scroll down and hope my imported form was listed at the bottom to edit. Next, this is how the imported form looks:

This is not a seamless integration to a web based form. I cannot distribute the web based form at all since the questions do not appear in anyway similar to the pdf.

I would really like to use your services and really like the way the form builder works on the online forms that are created in your service.

If there is a way that I can get a "pretty" web form and a pdf form from importing a form from formcentral I will be the happiest person.

This sounds most likely a problem with the browser your are using to edit the forms. I would recommend you to use Firefox, Chrome also is good, but its latest version is giving some problems, so try with FF.

Please give that a try, otherwise,do get back to us and give us the name or FormID of the said form so we can make further tests and help.

I opened up JotForms in Firefox and got the same problem as shown above. The form is all messed up in the web based designer. And I still have to go into a different non imported form to edit the form. as seen here there are no options for editing an imported form.

I want my form to look like "Clone of [PDF] Rod Bending Survey vJotForms2"

The one I have imported that does not look properly is the "Rod Bending Survey v05.29.14"

I am confused as to what specifically was the reported issue on this thread.

On the top question it was about the issue of not being able to import the data to the imported form.. BUT reading further I think the original issue was resolved already and data were actually imported to form already.

Can you please confirm first that the import data problem was already resolved?

If confirm, I would suggest discussing the new issue on a separate thread so we can better understand on what to resolve.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
