Upon taking a look at your email history, I can see that there are some emails that are consistently failing to reach you. And I see that all of them are set up with your own custom SMTP settings - the ones that are sending from firstname.lastname@example.org are reaching you.
I would recommend that you try the email@example.com option as your sender, or you may also try setting up your custom SMTP settings over Mandrill.
Some other forms are missing fields, such as Sender Name, in the Notification:
