I have tried to cancel our premium subscription many time now but your system just says it will be cancelled manually but never does. This is in breach of consumer and contract law as you clearly are not cancelling our subscription even though we have requested it.
Please cancel our premium subscription.

You premium plan has already been marked for a downgrade to the free plan, the change will be effected on 2015-06-12after the current subscription has expired an will not be renewed.
