I'm not sure if the issue I'm having is with JotForm or PayPal, but I'm asking here first. I have had two people try to register using this form and their credit cards aren't being taken. I tried with mine and had no problem, but I'm wondering if there's something I was able to do that they can't. I'm not sure if this is a common issue, but if there's any guidance you can provide, I'd be grateful!

Please give us the link or name of the form you are having an issue with. If you can also give the page where you embedded the form, we will be more than happy to check.

May I know what error message they are getting? It's possible that its related to the credit card being used by the user. If you're getting completed transactions from other users and you have already tested it using your own credit card, it's unlikely that its a problem with the form or in Paypal.
However, it depends on the error they are getting, could you provide us more details of it to better assist you.
