I'm looking to digitize a form that requires 4 separate signatures. I would like to allow my client to fill out everything else in the form electronically, and when finished, print out the form, including their input, so it can be dispersed for signatures. Additionally, I would like it to be as clear as possible--preferably without having to use another program like Adobe Reader in order to print. Is this possible?

Adding a print button to your form will allow your users to print out the form with their responses:
You could also setup an approval workflow:
And use one of our signature widgets to collect the signatures:
