How can I share form submissions with other in our organization?

    Aside from the email delivery of submissions to different emails, is there a way to allow others in my organization to view/retrieve the overall responses?

    I'm coming from Adobe Forms Central world where I could add collaborators who could then go in on their own and grab info.

    Hi,

    With sub-users, you can allow others to view/edit your forms and/or their your submissions for specific forms:

    We do limit the number of sub-users based on subscription level, but you can have one with Free accounts so you can see how it works.

    Other than that, you can always integrate your forms with Google docs:

    This will automatically updated a spreadsheet with your forms submission data.
