My account has been suspended TWICE in two days.

    My account has been suspended TWICE in two days. I just spend $3000 on marketing and i have NO FORMS on my website. Please Correct this ASAP as i am loosing money without having a form for my clients to fill out. Thanks I have wrote you guys twice already and no response. thanks

    I had to open a new account and that one got canceled as well. I really need my accounts to be re opened. Im not sure why this happened as my forms do not violate the terms of use. Please let me know ASAP what i need to do to correct this. I have no issues changing my forms if need be. Thanks so much!

    Hi,

    We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through our form.  One of your forms asks for a Login Password:

    This is against our terms of use:

    http://www.jotform.com/terms/

    Though you may be collecting it for good reason, we simply do not allow it to avoid confusion.  Passwords give phishers direct access to accounts, to protect our users, we do not allow for the collection of them and our system is set to automatically suspend accounts that do so.

    I removed the password field from your form and reactivated your account.  You should now be able to use it once again.
