    SSL still not working

    Hi for some reason, the SSL feature is not working.  When i use the link https://secure.jotform.com/form/13252954390, i do not get any notification sent that i filled out the form.

    However, when i use it without SSL, it works fine.

    Any thoughts?

    Can you try changing the Sender Email of that form to noreply@jotform.com to see if that helps?

    NOTE: I have reset your SSL submissions for this month to 0 as a goodwill gesture for these couple of issues you have had getting your SSL forms not working properly. Remember Free Account holders have a limit of 10 SSL submissions per month.

    That worked did allow it to work. But I was hoping to have it come from the actual sender (in the email header) for ease of use purposes.

    Another option you have is to have our email provider whitelist our mail servers. 

    there ip address are:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    What is happening your email service provider is rejecting JotForm emails which dont have the senders domain matching the domain which is sending the emails. e.g jotform.com is sending emails on behalf of joe@bloggs.com .

     

    Using noreply@jotform.com as the sender or the whitelisting of our mail servers are your only two options i'm afraid.

    That is odd, because it works fine when not using SSL and i have tried a few different email providers and they all did not work when using SSL
    I will see if i can do something with the IPs.
