Forms have stopped coming through New submission: Ageless Canada Sample Request

I have not received any requests since Jun 1 around 10:30 am... last one I received was from Jenny Hart.. HELP! This is killing my biz.  My email is working but I am not getting anything from Jotform all of a sudden.. even my Brazil Sign Up form now coming through all of a sudden.
