Unable to get Captcha Field to work properly on form

We are having trouble with the form loading properly for people trying to use it -- the Captcha tool will quite often spin and spin and spin and never load a word, or once you can finally see a word and you type it in, it won't go anywhere.

You've mentioned that you are having issues with your form loading the captcha properly.

In your original thread here  I noticed you appear to have your form embedded here http://www.welovecamp.org/youth-camp-online-registration.html.

I noticed there that on my end your form captcha is loading fine since I can see it without flaw. You just might need to clear your browser cache then try it again.

 

If that doesn't help then I would suggest re-embedding your form using the iframe code which should resolve this issue as the problem is most likely due to a conflict between your form and site scripts that is causing it to work incorrectly.
