When I get the data from a submission in my email the start and end time info never comes through. Can you tell me what I need to fix? It looks like this:

email notification field
I have cloned and tested your form and I saw that you did not set all of your fields and values of those fields inside of your Email Notification. Because of that you are not getting all data inside of you Email.
In order to receive all data from your submission you need to add those fields and values of fields inside of your Email Notification.
Considering that lot of field names and values are missing from yoru Notification, I would suggest you to create new Notification. Inside of new Email Notification you would have all fields and values of those fields by default.
