I have a form that managers fill out grading accounts within our market. Right now, every time the manager fills out a grade on the form, he/she has to manually type in their email address so that the forms results are emailed to them for review later. Is there a way to have a pre-populated drop-down menu of emails or can the "Email results to:" field auto fill based on the manager name that is selected earlier in the form? Trying to make it where the managers do not have to manually type their email in EVERY time they fill out a grade. Thanks!

Yes you can.
Please refer to this user guide for similar method.
You can use your Dropdown list in conditional statement that will send the submission email to the selected email address.
