I have been trying to import my adobe forms and I get a message downloading forms this will take time, but two hours later still no download.

Are you using our app? I was unable to trace an import request linked to your username or email address.
Can you please try to submit a new request? Please, make sure you use the same email address of your JotForm account.
Let us know if the issue persists.
