When I click the embed form button nothing happens

When I click on Embed from the nav bar, it saves my form but does nothing else. The Wizard does not come up. HELP!

Can you please try to clear your browser's cache? I was not able to find a form associated to your account so I assume that you deleted it?

If clearing the cache doesn't help, please try using another browser we recommend using Chrome or Firefox.
