    My account is set to FREE and has been since the end of September, however I have a credit card charge from Plimus for the 10/10/11 for $55.44. I have tried to contact Plimus to no avail.

    Please advise ASAP.

    What do you want us to do? 

    According to our email logs, you seem to have manually cancelled your subscription on the 5th October  then you started a new one a few hours later.

    I was unsure whether or not I had effectively cancelled my Premium account. I contacted Jotforms and received a response on the 6th of October confirming that my account was set to FREE. This was received by 'NeilVicente.'

    I can not find the order on Plimus for that charge dated the 6 OCT 2011, although I do have email confirmation of it. I will take you at your word and refund the September charge.


    You should receive your refund in 10-14 days.
