I have a form using JotForm where I use the Paypal Express in order to place a small fee. When I test the pay now button it works just fine. Carries me to paypal in a pop-up window allows me to process a payment, yet when it completes it carries me back to the original jotform in which the customer came from instead of using the PayPal URL Redirect which is a different form

When I contact Paypal, they stated that the jotform was issuing a return url and that was overriding the Paypal Return URL.. I have searched and I can not seem to find a place in order to edit the jotform return url?

I also need a link for a customer who cancels, or does not complete a successful transaction?

    What am I missing?

URL where customer starts from: http://www.campcarson.org/#!one-way-camper-email/caz8

URL that customer should be returned after a successful payment: http://www.campcarson.org/#!camper-email-form/ckdn

URL for Cancel or for unapproved transaction: http://www.campcarson.org/#!payment-did-not-go-through/c1w6o

You can redirect the JotForm Thank You page to a custom URL.

Please check this user guide: -Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

in the Custom URL box, place the URL of your Paypal Custom URL redirect.

This will then redirect the submission to  your Paypal URL every time the form is succesfully submitted.

Hope this help. Let us know if this did not work.

    Thanks.
