SMS Confirmation Widget

I have 2 challenges with the widget.

1. When integrating with Google Contacts I am able to choose the name field as well as the email field.  When I try to link the phone number field it is not available. The google contacts integration will create the contact with Name and email but will not add the phone number to the contact.  I have also tried this using Zapier and the same occurs. Zapier says that the phone number field is N/A.

2. After confirming the phone number I am able to edit the phone number and submit. The edited phone number is sent on form submission.  Is there a way to lock down the phone number field after it has been confirmed?

Please confirm that the issue was about the integration to Google Contacts?

Your  question seems to be way different on the message details. So, from what I understand, I think you were referring to issue on the Google Contacts integration, specifically in adding the Phone number field.

Phone Number do work in the integration. Please check also a similar discussion thread here.
