How to post a link of PDF form in my website?

    I really would love to post a link to the imported pdf form on my website so that users can open, fill and submit the form.  

    I also would like for multiple individuals to receive the submitted form and a confirmation message with copy of their submitted form sent to individuals.
     Is any of this possible with jotform?

    Hello,

    I am not sure if I have understood your first requirement correctly. 

    Please be noted that when you create a PDF form, it is downloaded physically into your system. You will have to upload the PDF form in your server and then add the link that PDF form in your web page. 

    If you requirement is to add your form link in your website, instead of adding the PDF form link, you can grab your form's direct URL and add it in your web page. Please check the screenshot below on how to get your form's direct URL:
