How to post a link of PDF form in my website?

Asked by stephanie.medina on June 04, 2015 at 08:38 PM

I really would love to post a link to the imported pdf form on my website so that users can open, fill and submit the form.

I also would like for multiple individuals to receive the submitted form and a confirmation message with copy of their submitted form sent to individuals.
Is any of this possible with jotform?

I am not sure if I have understood your first requirement correctly.

Please be noted that when you create a PDF form, it is downloaded physically into your system. You will have to upload the PDF form in your server and then add the link that PDF form in your web page.

If you requirement is to add your form link in your website, instead of adding the PDF form link, you can grab your form's direct URL and add it in your web page. Please check the screenshot below on how to get your form's direct URL:

Please be noted that there are multiple options available to embed your form in webpage. The following guide should help you:

As we cannot answer multiple questions in one thread, I have moved your question related to submission emails to separate thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/582557
