Allow customer to choose between shipping and pickup

Hello,

While using the payment forms is there a way to allow the client to choose whether or not they want the product shipped or picked up? Right now it doesn't let anyone decide. It will automatically add whatever $ I input for shipping even if the client does not need it shipped.

I also want to be able to increase the shipping rate based on the qty that is ordered. I am selling business cards design thru the form and want to increase the shipping cost for higher qty's. How can I input that?

Unfortunately, it seems like there's no option to add pickup only on the payments wizard.

I would recommend that you recreate the products in plain form fields, you can then use conditional logic, assign calculation value on check boxes or radio buttons, use form calculation widget to calculate the total pricing. You can then pass that value directly in your payment total field by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.

You can setup a radio button with the selection "Shipping" and "Pick Up", using conditional logic, show the address field when shipping is selected or hide it if its pick up.
