Form showing different logo or image in preview?

I'm having design and style issues.  Problems with the builder and form designer. Now the logo header on my form has been replaced for that of another user...?

This first image is from the builder and designer, and the one that follows is our logo, but it's from an older image from the preview in the browser.

How did my logo image go missing? And how did someone elses get on my form?

See my prior Support question about preview not matching builder CSS.

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, this is what I see:

As I understand you correctly, you see a logo or image from a previous version of your form? Or from another form?

May I know if you are editing multiple forms using multiple browsers? We advise that you open only one form at the time on a form builder. This might also be related to your browser's cache, storing previous version of the form. I would recommend that after making the changes in your form, clear your browser's cache, also clear your form's cache then test the form to multiple browsers.

Do let us know if the above solution works for you.

    Thanks.

I think what I was seeing was the default company logo that loads with the Theme template.  My forms had all formatting reset, mysteriously, and when I re-applied the theme, that logo (the one that isn't mine) was placed. I thought it had been hacked.

What you saw was the result of my rebuilding the theme and CSS and replacing my logo. You checked after I had already made the repair.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for clarifying, if it's a theme, it's possible that the default logo will load every time you implement it. Changing it and making sure to delete excess codes should fix the problem.

    Thank you.
