Is there any limitation on how many users can access form?

We are currently using your application, and some user having trouble to access it.

Is there any maximum user in one time access?

Hello Yunita,

No we do not have such limits sent on form usage. Any number of users can simultaneously access the form and submit it.

I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to be working as expected. Though it is a long form but you should not have any issue accessing or submitting form.

Are you getting an error message when you try to access your form? Can you please share a screenshot of the issue you are having? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033 

I have also cleared your form cache form here. Can you please test your form again and see if the issue persists?
