Please help! Both of our accounts are not showing any received forms!!

    We have two accounts and both are showing that we have no forms on our account. Please help!!

    Hello Bianca.

    We will be happy to help, but I'm afraid that you haven't provided us with enough info. Which accounts are you talking about, and do you have a form link to one of the forms that seems to be missing?

    I see only two "untitled" forms under your account, and none if your Trash folder.

    Upon checking our records, I can see that there is one account from your company/organization with Premium status: TheDentalImplantClinic

    That account has several forms under it, are you perhaps referring to these forms? If so, the premium TheDentalImplantClinic account can set up your other accounts as sub user accounts, so that you can use the forms of that account under your other accounts.

    Please provide more information about the problem, such as what accounts you are talking about, and which forms appear to be missing, so that we can better diagnose the problem and offer a solution.
