Can I upload an existing pdf version of my form and create an online form. Can I print a pdf version of a persons responses in the same format?

Adobe allows us to print a client's responses to our form and then to print the completed form as a pdf for filing.

We generally ask that you please ask one question per thread, so that we can avoid any confusion and better assist you.

Yes, you can upload existing FormsCentral Fillable PDF forms and convert them into online JotForm forms, by using our tool at http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

Yes, you can print your form responses / submissions. You can print them from your View-Submissions page, but when printed in this manner, the layout will not match the exact layout of your fillable PDF.

You can use (1) Auto Hide Empty Fields to make your printed copy exclude empty fields, you can use (2) Show Headers and Texts to include any regular text fields, such as headers, into your PDF. You can directly Print your submissions (4), or download them in PDF format (3).

If you want to print your form submissions exactly as it looks when the form is viewed with the user data, please take a look at the following guide:

Please let us know if you need further clarification, or kindly open a new thread for any other questions or issues you may have with your forms. We will be happy to help.
