What happens to submissions data and my forms  if I downgrade to free plan?

What happens to submissions data and my forms if I downgrade towards the free subscription for be ginners, where the storage capacity is lower? Will it be kept?

Yes, your stored data will be kept. We do not remove any data when you go over the limit, or when you downgrade. Your data will still be there for you to View-Submissions, Export-Form-Data-to-Excel, modify your forms, etc.

Please be noted that only your further form submissions might be suspended, so you may not be able to receive new submissions to your forms, if you downgrade to a plan that allows less storage space than you are already using. But nevertheless, all your data is kept safe and accessible to you. :)

And once that you either clear your storage space, or if you upgrade again at a later date, you will once again be able to receive further form submissions.
