Changing Thank You message according to selection

    I'm making a form in English/Spanish/Portuguese. I would like to change the Thank You message that appears once the form is submitted to the respective language that the user completes the form in. Is there a way to do that?

    Additionally, the form header image will also need to change depending on the language. Can I do that?

    Yes you can setup a condition so that user is redirected to url according to selection:
