Change the from name in notification

Jotform notifications give me only 2 options in the From "Sender Name" field. i can either use the Full Name or Jotform as the the sender name.

I need to be able to make it so that I input something else in here depending on where the notification is going.

How can this be done?

I think you might accomplish this using conditional logics.
