When an email is sent based on certain conditions, is there a way to re-send that email if the person deleted the original email? The email that is sent has an editable link for the supervisor to approve the timecard. Without the link, the timecard can't be approved. Wondering if there is a way to re-send this without filling out the form again.

So to clarify, you have set up a sort of a workflow/approval form - one person fills out one part, submits it, and another person completes / approves the form. The person who was supposed to complete the form had accidentally deleted their email, which contained the edit link.
I'm afraid that we do not offer a way for you to resend the email, but you can re-create all of those links manually - it is not very hard. :) All you would need to send to the person who had accidentally erased his email, is a link such as this:
Where you would get the form ID from the link of your form, and submission ID from your View-Submissions page, while viewing the submission which needs to be edited.
Lets assume that the form which you would like to do this to is http://www.jotform.co/form/50998432160862 - this means that the form ID would be 50998432160862
Now, lets assume that the submission ID is 309329239721190877 (this is not your submission ID, do not worry)
Then, all you would need to do is to send your colleague who needs to approve the form this link:
You can then take a look at all the submissions that need approval, and simply modify copies of the link to include all these submission IDs.
Alternatively, if you are the person who needs to approve the forms, then you do not need to jump through these manual hurdles, you can edit the submission directly from the View Submissions page:
