Theme/Layout submit button

    I've been trying to use one of your templates because I like the simple yet updated layout. However the 'submit' button is always cut off! I’d like to add more data to the sheet but I’m trying to get that fixed.

     

    Can you help? Thank you! I’m trying to get everything switched because FormsCentral is done as of June 24th, I believe. Your help is greatly appreciated.
