It does so when I test it under the Emails, Test email. It does not do so when the form is on my web site.
This is the iframe code I copied from JotForm into my web page:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/51468131835153?nojump" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:545px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
