The form is not submitting to my email

    It does so when I test it under the Emails, Test email. It does not do so when the form is on my web site.

    This is the iframe code I copied from JotForm into my web page:

    I got it working. Thanks for your help, all.

    Now the only item I need firxed is in the other thread titled 

    Form jumps to top upon submitting, even after adding ?nojump parameter
