We are using the Paypal Pro payments on a number of our forms and in the most part it's working ok but we are consistently getting daily calls from clients telling us that the forms either hung or are getting errors uploading their files or at the end upon check out. We have no way of knowing how often that happens since not everyone calls when they are having a problem but it is constant. We cannot duplicate the issue on our end. It works every time when we try. Some of those customers are in secure environments and some are not.
Any solutions/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

To further check this concern, can you provide us what browser version and device your clients are using? If they can provide a screenshot of the error they encountered that would be great.
