    Notification email is not delivered to the second email address

    I set up the Notification Email on the form ....  for myself and a comma - space for the additional person:

     

    murray.adamstower@embarqmail.com

    The address above shows up in the email copy I receive, but he is not receiving it.

    I took a look at your account and I believe that this is the form in question: http://www.jotform.us/form/50783899611165 (which is also found on the page above).

    Now looking at the setup, it seems to be OK, but when looking at the logs, from what I can see you made some tests before you added the second email and then when you have added the second email, you have used the Test Email button.

    Please note that when you click on the Test Email button, it will always send only one email to the email address that is set as your own / account email address, no matter of the setup.

    What this means is that to properly test this kind of setup, you would need to go to your jotform and submit it.

    In your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50783899611165 please try adding a new Notification Email.

     

    Follow the setup instruction from the user guide: -Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

    Then, check/test again by submitting your form.
