Capitalize first letters of the name feature on QuickTools Full Name field

Hi, I have injected the css that I have found in countless other forum posts, however the data entered does not get stored in jotform as capitalized.

Please, please, please add a capitalization property to the QuickTools Full Name field. You have to answer this question over and over and people always always need this. I don't understand why the developers haven't produced this feature. It's been requested for years. There are a billion forum entries for this.

I think it's great that I make the user think they are typing in correct name case, and I get that I make the response emails look great. BUT I NEED MY STORED DATA to not look like crap. And I need to NOT have to copy and paste your code into my site and then do it myself. I need to be able to use jotform to change a form and BAM - my site is updated. I don't need the job security. I need to be able to hand this to someone who doesn't sling code and let them change the form.

What do you say? Please? Imagine how happy people would be!

I myself will NOT be injecting the css into my form to capitalize for the user to see. It will just result in fewer capitalized names in the data stored. No thanks.

I agree that this would be a nice feature to add to JotForm Full Name field and that there are many threads requesting just that so I will raise this to our developers for consideration.

I can not promise that this would mean that this would be implemented, but it is a first step towards the implementation.

Now next to this, there is always an option to use the forms source code and modify it so that it contains a bit of new js code that would do this for you. Is that something that you would be interested - if the feature is not implemented soon?

I've considered that but am dealing with a ton of not-technical people that want to make change after change. I don't mind making those change as long as I can do it in your form designer and I don't have to continually import your code into my site after every change and make mods to that. I'll do it if I have to - but only once the form becomes stable (i.e. the clients will leave it alone!).

But for now, they'll have to cope with the problem by modifying the contents of the downloaded spreadsheet to capitalize the name fields themselves. I've got bigger fish to fry.

And I'll keep my fingers crossed that your dev group will finally implement this - I mean, as a developer myself - it's dead trivial for them to implement. Just DO IT, for heaven's sake. The forums are just screaming for it. I actually can't believe that someone hasn't built a widget for it either.

Thanks for responding to my request.
