How can I allow paypal and also a non-payment option?

I want my customers to have the option of paying by paypal and by other means.  Currently the submit button directs my clients to the paypal link - is there anyway to stop this (something like a paypal submit button and a non pay map submit button?

Yes, you can work around that to allow your users to make other types of payments or even non-payments where needed.
