I cannot edit my form

    My form is not loading for editing purposes.

    I see that you reported a related issue here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/583383 in which you've mentioned that you were not able to find your form.

    Were you able to find it now and you cannot edit it? Did you try clearing your cache as suggested on that thread?

    Please let us know what's the status of the issue so we can provide further assistance.

    Hi. I can see that it is listed under 'My Forms'. However, when I click on 'Edit form', it says Loading but nothing gets loaded and I get a blank page.

    I have tried clearing the cache but still no luck.

    Even when I go on the webpage link, I get a blank page. Page URL:

    Will really appreciate if someone can help me sort this quickly.

    One solution might be to restore an older working version of the form from Revision History:
