Form created in Xara is not working

I am working directly in Jot form and I am also not embedding my forms.  I am using the direct link.    What do you mean by layers.  From what I can tell there isn't labels in the Jot Form designer.  Does that have something to do with Zara design program you are working with or do I need to be checking my layers or something?
