I cutomized my URL but whenever I paste it in the URL box, 404 not found keeps on appearing
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form?

It will help us find more information about the issue if you can share to us the custom URL of your form.
Also, I recommend logging to your jotform account at http://www.jotform.com/login when creating the custom URL name of your form.
We will wait for your updated response.

I don't think pasting a 'custom' URL into the address bar would go to your form. If you had a custom URL like 'My Form' and pasted that into the address bar the actual URL would not be 'translated'. Right clicking the custom URL should reveal the actual URL which could be copied and then pasted into the address bar.
Hope this helps.

There might be a misunderstanding. What my colleague, @jonathan, is asking is the Custom URL generated when you enabled custom URL for your form. We need to know what custom URL are you using exactly so we can make necessary tests on our end.
And, here is its Custom URL: https://form.jotform.com/Mike_G/FeedbackForm
Also, could you further explain what you mean in your last reply, please? If you enabled the custom URL of your form and loaded that to your web browser through the address bar, your form should load. You will see above that both the direct link/Form URL and my Custom URL are working fine.
