How to set the form into a standard screen fit size?

    When I launched the survey link to my pilot test participants, some of them are using laptop while others are using desktop/pc.  The survey appeared just right using a laptop.  But the survey look got distorted and big in desktop/pc, that the users need to scroll from left to right before they can respond to each item.  This is not user-friendly at all.  How do you fix this in such a way that what appears in the laptop will perfectly appear in desktop/pc.  Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    Have you used our widget Mobile Responsive? This widget is available on the widget search bar in the form editor. This widget automatically detects the device where the form is opened and will adjust the form's size, including width, height, etc...

    I hope this helps. Let us know if this works for you.

    I just did inserted a mobile responsive widget, saved it and had a preview.

    I'm using a laptop and the survey now looked small.  I had to press CTRL plus +/- to adjust the screen fit.

    Can you help me fix this?

    Hi,

    If you want make responsive the matrix tables, you can inject CSS code to change matrix width. Here's sample code:

    th.form-matrix-row-headers {

      min-width: 100%;

    }
