JotForm has been disabled for FRIMOUSSE as the quota has been reached

    I received this email from JotForm. I did try to login a

    Unfortunately, there's no such "FRIMOUSSE" account into our database. I've found one under the same domain name. The username is HeidiChisholm (frimousse@mweb.co.za). Isn't this your account?

    I’m so sorry that I am only replying now … but I had to have work done one my Outlook.
    Yes, the account is in Heidi Chisolm (frimosse@mweb.co.za)!!

    Since your form is still in the trash for your account, it is still taking up space:

    Purge the form from the trash and it will no longer take up space.  Here is how to restore the form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

    Instead of clicking restore, click purge.

    Hi,

    I followed the instructions below, but I cannot PURGE to recover the form as there is nothing in the TRASH.
    Help please!!! This is a screenshot of what I get every time I try ….
