Form disabled for suspected phishing due to requesting passwordsAsked by petermsmith on June 08, 2015 at 06:19 AM
I have created a simple password form. When I preview it or attempt to view it in a browser, it gives an error message "Form not found - This form is disabled" I get the same type of response when embedding it into my web building program (Adobe Muse). I have tried to disable then enable in the control panel, but this still does not work. Can you help please?

Thanks for contacting us.
It seems that your account was auto-suspended by our system because your forms are suspected to be used for phishing since it contains password fields.
Please take note that JotForm doesn't support membership features such as login forms with passwords. Such forms will be detected phishing and be suspended.
I have activated your account but I suggest you to remove the password fields from your forms to avoid your account being suspended again.
