I created a form yesterday and it was working last night.
This morning I have a blank form with nothing in it. Why?

I checked your account and the forms are still showing under your account. I can see here that you are not logged in to your JotForm account. Please make sure that you are logged in order to see that forms you created.
Can you please check your forms again and verify if they are still blank. If they are blank, you can use our Form Revision Tool.
