    This code should fix the wrapping issue:

    #cid_99 label.hoverSticky {

        width : 100px !important;

    If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

    You can format radio button label by Injecting Custom CSS. To do that inside of your Form Builder select Setup & Embed tab, then click on Preferences, then select Form Styles tab and inside of Inject Custom CSS field at the bottom of existing code paste this code:

    .form-radio-item label {

    After adding this code your form will look like this.

    Here is my cloned form where I added this code: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51593192533356?

    Feel free to clone it for closer look.

    Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
