Does a sub user account share the submisison limits of professional account?

I'm receiving an alert "Form over quota. This form has exceeded its allocated quota." when I've only received 201 submissions. My "economy" plan tells me I'm allotted 10,000 submissions a month.

    What is "space" versus "submissions"?

I've "exceeded its allocated quota" of what?

I can answer my own question.

In this situation, JotForm is considering this account as a "free" account with allotment of 100 submission per month, of which I've exceeded.

However, this account is also considered a sub-account of a "professional level" account.

So, the question is, "Does a sub-account share the professional account's allotment of submissions per month?"

    Hello Randall,

Does a sub-account share the professional account's allotment of submissions per month?

Unfortunately no. Sub user account cannot share the submission limits of main/master account. Forms should be actually first created in master account and then shared with sub user account.

One possible solution is to transfer this form from your account to master/professional account with username "GSGATL".

Do get back to us if you want us to move the form and we will do the needful.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
