Currently our Jot Form is not working. It was down since Thursday, June 4th. We figured out today that it was "disabled". Although, we enabled it again, it showing some error message to our candidates that they have already filled out our form (when they are new inquiries).

I have tested your form and I found out that you have set Submission Limit on that form to 1000 submissions.
Because your form has 1000 submissions it is disabled. To enable your form you need to remove Submission Limit or increase it.
