Making products tax-exempt

Hi! New to JotForm and love it!

I work for a non-profit and we have several taxable items on our site (processed through PayPal). We have PayPal set up to charge taxes for taxable items to NC residents (where we're located). When I add a new product button through PayPal, if it's tax exempt I just override the global PayPal settings and set the tax to 0%.

    Now for my question:

I am adding class registration/payment through a JotForm form. I have everything set up, but once the user submits and goes to PayPal, each class is taxed unless the user puts in a zip code outside of North Carolina, which would be very unlikely (100% of our students are in NC and I don't want to have to instruct each user to put in a non-NC zip code to avoid the tax being applied). So the classes are being handled by my global settings, and I want to be able to override them for the JotForms products/classes. How can I do this?

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not have anything for this on JotForm PayPal integration. My suggestion would be to use another PayPal account for tax exempt payments.
