Some form fields are not showing propperly for Specific users

    Hi guys, i have a little issue, i have this form: 

    https://secure.jotform.co/lblanco3/ordendecompra in my laptop and ipad and even some other PC´s i have tried it in works perfectly.

    Buuut two specific users are experiecing this problem:

     as you can see the two fields called "País/ Puerto Origen" and "Pais/ Puerto Destino" are not showing the dropdown list they should. 

    Those fields were created with widgets... any clue what could be causing this problem? could it be some firewall or security configuration on their side?

    Hi yeah i couldnt reproduce them either, they are using laptops with windows 8 (i think) and are opening the form in google chrome and they tried it in explorer with the same results.

    Here is where it gets funny: i told them to try with other wifi connection and they could do it in one of two PC´s-

     

    Im scratching my head here.

    Well everything in our end (Jotform-Luis) seems to be working just fine ill have to check this with their IT people.
