[SMTP Sender] Why am I not receiving emails after the form has been submitted?

    The SMTP based messages are failed in our mail logs. The issue might be related to incorrect settings of your SMTP sender.

    The IMAP part may be wrong, since the sending protocol is usually SMTP.

    Millview4988, Did you ever get this fixed? Seems like JF has a ton of issues surrounding the SMTP sender thing. Can you tell me what you did to fix this?
