Hi, I created a jotform and was able to see the submissions until today. It says I have 305 but they are not longer able to be exported. Can you please help me with this.

I checked your account for the submissions for your form:
And it looks like the submission are indeed available in your account:
Try clearing your browsers cache/cookies then checking them again. As far as I can tell, the submissions should still be available for your form.
