Why is the Configurable List Widget not operational?

I am unable to see the form elements from the widget, neither in Edit nor in Preview. This is concerning to me because the widget provides a significant amount of functionality for a very important part of my form.

    I'm surmising a bit, but...

If the Configurable List Widget relies upon an external server to provide function, is this a problem that my clients and customers may also run into when trying to provide information on the form?

I maybe checking the wrong problem, but when I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51516950547156 I can see the Configurable List widget working just fine.

    Hello,

That is the right problem, but I am not seeing that at all. This is what it looks like on my end.

FYI...I am using Chrome, if that has anything to do with it. Also, I have had a great deal of difficulty getting the editing window to show anything as well. A couple times I've had to go back into the Revision History in order to find a version that would actually show up. It's as if the entire editing window is blank. I don't know if the two things are related or not.

Also, I tried clicking directly on the link that was in your reply and when I filled the form out to the point that it came to the scheduling screen, I had not ability to fill in the dates for "Basic Schedule" or for the "Performances" section.

Thank you for your help and prompt reply. I appreciate it.

As an additional piece of information...

I just switched to Firefox and everything seems to be working fine. Chrome and IE have the issue as described above.

This is on a Dell Optiplex 790 i7-2600, running Windows 7 Pro SP1.

Can you try first updating the Chrome browser.. perhaps it needs the updated version.

In my test it was at version Version 43.0.2357.81 m

Good to know there is a way to work using a different browser. But try checking on the Chrome browser version also.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
