Sending a confirmation email from a selection of address?

I have a form created that various representatives from my department will be using to learn of a variety of students interest. We would like to use the automatic confirmation email tool of JotForm. However, with various reps, we would like the student filling out the form to receive an email from that specific rep they spoke with. So I would like to create a way that depending on who they selected that they spoke with, they will receive a confirmation email from that person without creating ten versions of the same form for each rep.

You can create conditional rules to the form so that the email being sent will be base on a logic condition.
